Ideal for the Bath and West show!

Low angled ceiling in the top floor corridor.

Room was clean, there was a problem with the water running away after a shower which we reported on departure. Restaurant at the venue was excellent and reasonably priced, portion size was good.

There was no wardrobe in the room, this was not documented when booking. It wasn't an issue but if we had known we would have packed accordingly.

Room not cleaned, especially bathroom for 3 days. No glasses in bathroom. No bedside cabinet. Cups not replaced with clean ones every day. Hair dryer broke

Great staff, very friendly

Where do you start? This place is run down, it desperately needs renovating. The room was like a sauna, there was a fan but it was dirty and so noisy you couldn't sleep with it on. The corridors are dangerous with the construction. Beds and pillows offer no support and today I'm covered in bites on my back and legs

The staff Dan, Mel, and Paula were excellent hosts very friendly and welcoming. Rooms basic but very clean ,the pub itself is what I call a proper pub, large car park just put your registration in.

Can't get early breakfast but a Greg's next door not a problem
