Fijne accomodatie. Aardig personeel. Service is heel goed. Alleen de hygiene schort het wel aan. Het stof lag er lagen dik bovenop. Airco aan en de hele kamer stinkt en blaast nog meer stof. Bedden liggen heerlijk en waren schoon.

Piscine trop froide ,bon petit déjeuner

Spa plutôt sympa sauf l’eau de la piscine bien trop froide.dans les parties communes de l’hôtel il n’y a pas de chauffage il fait donc très froid

Accueil au top, l'équipe assure. C'est un havre de paix. À chacun de mes sejours.

Très bon accueil et personnel à l' écoute.

Bon accueil en revanche spa et piscine fermé et ce n'est pas signalé, sa ne m'a pas gêné comme je travaillais. Il faisait froid au restaurant, et le chauffage de ma chambre était en panne

Accueil personnel très bien, chambre propre et moderne. Piscine et spa sont un vrai plus. Excellent rapport qualité/ prix 👍

Le même menu à l'ardoise du restaurant toute la semaine . A priori que du surgelé. Pas de poisson ou de salades

This is a bizarre hotel. As has been said before, the location is strange and the staffing levels baffling. We arrived quite late, and fortunately within the limited hours when reception is open. The room was fine, although some of the furniture was not in the best state of repair. Everything functioned OK, but it wasn’t really worth the price charged. The bar is severely lacking. There was no draught beer and of the 8 or 9 bottled beers 2 or 3 weren’t available and the was very limited numbers of those that were. There is zero atmosphere in the large glass topped area that is a combined bar, dining room, lounge and games room; it was like having a drink in a deserted shopping centre. When we left in the morning we waited til 0730, the stated opening time of reception, but the shuttered reception area remained firmly closed with no sign of any staff. We had to leave our keys in the doors and leave as we had to get to Calais for the Eurotunnel. I certainly wouldn’t stay here again.
