The grounds and surrounding area are stunning. Rooms very tired and not so clean.

It’s quite disorganised since new owner took over after the fire. The bar is much more expensive.

The building is much older than it appears in the pictures. Inside the rooms are relatively clean and maybe i have a really high standard for clean bc my mom was always OCD about cleaning. But the building has definitely seen better days. The pool is in great shape and has an amazing view. And there is a fun bar/restaurant right next to the pool that has some good music going. The employees that work here are great tho and very very helpful

Staff here were all amazing! So friendly and accommodating! Beautiful outdoor pools and gardens. Hotel room was nice but the bathroom/shower area was a little bit dirty for my liking.... would definitely come back though!

The hotel is basicallly shut down and now part of Single Fin Bar which is next door. This means old rooms, no service and anything you need you have to go next door. Not ideal if you dont know this

When we arrived at this hotel we expected it be older as we had been warned by friends but were told the view were worth it. The views are stunning. Nothing else was. Upon our arrival there seemed to be minimal staff...2 , only two for the hotel. We went walking and very quickly it seemed something was wrong. Three quarters of the property was shut down and over grown. It was like in a horror film when a town is abdoned... No spa, no restaurant, no pool away from hustle of single fin. Nothing only the main pool which is open to the public and people of single fin. Breakfast was served at single fin, no seperate restaurant. Single fin is awesome but to eat every meal there with the music pumping fighting for a seat is not fun. When we complained we were told by the manager he’d do something he’d had many complaints and people leaving as they had recently been taken over so things were not running smoothly. He offered one free lunch. We were staying 4 nights and explained this wasn’t good enough. We asked for a refund which was refused. After going back and forth all day with the manager which was very stressful And realising no money would be returned to us We were able to make the point that that they were advertising something they could not deliver. We ended up getting free lunch meals each day we were there from single fin to compensate us. It was something we had to fight for, I would not recommend staying here. The view was stunning but that’s it.
