Blue Point Resort and Spa

Amazing spot to check the surf and relax in the amazing infinity pool. Staff are super friendly and eager to please. You have to stay at the deluxe suites to get this experience, as some of the older rooms are not so delightful. This room has a lounge area as well, making it perfect for families.

great location, pleasant staff, deluxe rooms were great. only downfall were some of the very loud wedding photographers but overall we loved our stay here

The hotel room didn’t have elevator then be aware if you have huge baggages,bell boy wasn’t look like happy to serve you.bathroom really very old and broke ,the bathtub can’t use in room529

Wow! Where Do I even begin! Don't go here to relax! My husband and I went there for are honeymoon and we got a two story villa which the top story smelt so BAD that we could never even use the up stairs part of the villa. Next they were doing construction (which I was first happy to see since they place looks run down) on the villa right next to us so we woke up to 5 or 6 men work working less then 10 ft away and they would work until the evening so needless to say we had ZERO privacy for the 4 days after are wedding. Not to mention they were banging and using tools all day long so no relaxing or trying to take a nap. We asked if we could maybe change rooms as we weren't able to up upstairs part anyway and they said no without even checking the system. The pool was a absolute ZOO. There is zero chance to relax as there is 3 weddings going on at all times. There are photographers yelling across the pool all day long at the couples. Also there are about 15-30 weddings here a day. Not relaxing at all. Also the place looks super run down. Black mold everywhere with zero maintenance on any of the building or sidewalks. We had two bathtubs in are villa and you couldn't pay me to get in either of them. All you are paying for is the view... Which you might as well just have a dinner at single fin and hit the road. I will be returning to Bali and I will make sure to not stay here again. I am so sad we picked this place for are honeymoon.

The only thing good about this hotel is it’s local to great surf break and the pool (which closed at 8pm beware!). Overall property looks and feels run down. Our room was very dirty with visual dirt and stains on the floor and walls. Bathtub was black with grim. The worst part was we woke up to two large frogs jumping around our room! Didn’t sleep a wink and checked out.

Could not use eiother pool- 7 weddings in one day that closed the children's pool- one of the main reasons for booking the hotel, pool was so filthy dirty with green algae that my daughter and I got ear infections the first day and the 2nd pool was unusable due to gardening making the pool filthy and many underwater lights were out of their sockets and sitting at the bottom of the pool. Filters were broekn causing dangerous holes at the bottom of the pool. At the front pool the pool boys begged aroiund for tips beforte they would do anything for you and we asked 2x for them to open the big umbrellas as it was blazing hot and he refused so i had to do it myself. Complained to front desk but they couldn't care less.Overall the condition of the property was mediocre but they are asking top prices.Beds were horrible- like sleeping on wooden planks. Left after the first night. Not recommended at all and hotels.com should not represent this property.

One of the best place to stay in Bali, specially on Silence Day!

Pool was great views were amazing and right next to single fin, monkeys around the pool in the morning staff were great. Room was dark and smelly could be a lot better no shower either only bath BUT DO NOT EAT IN RESTAURANT! Half way through eating the fish an chips realised the fish was covered in dead ants! Had all been dried together. Absolutely revolting would never ever eat in that restaurant so save yourself the money and go next door to single fin

Awesome spot, best view of the Uluwatu from the pool and the sun set wow!
