Environment is good ,pool is beautiful,cleanliness need to be improved

The views were absolutely stunning! Food delicious! My room itself was rather basic, with AC that leaked. It was fixed however it took nearly four hours until someone came to address the issue. As for check in, it took some time as they couldn't find my reservation. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Hotel is really old, not worth the price. Everything needs a major renewal.

Nice pool, great views. Restaurant food is good. Rooms need major updating.

Beautiful position! Terrible shame that most waterfront villas burnt to the ground less than 24 hours after we left.

Staff were unfriendly. Chalet was in bad shape. Broken side lamp, mosquito netting falling down in one corner and dirty at the bottom, door had flimsy lock and the upstairs/outdoor lounge was unusable. Balcony rail was broken and the outdoor sofa cushions were dirty. The main pool had slime on the tiles and some of the tiles were broken and sticking up. Not what u would expect for the price. If it was a cheap hotel, you wouldn’t mind but it charges five star rates.

It is a lovely place to have a holiday. Everyone is so nice and friendly and the room was very big and very clean. We had someone coming to clean every day of our stay. Pool is amazing with an amazing view but if you’re looking to have a nice and relaxing time at the pool you won’t find a relaxing environment. There’s a bride parade happening where they take pictures at the pool and is just one after the other one where the photographers just yell all the time plus the group of tourists coming every day as well to just stay the day at the pool. We weren’t lucky as every day was very very noisy at the pool.

The only part of the premises in good condition is the ‘chapel’ area where couples queue for wedding photos. The big infinity pool with the fabulous view is chained off to other guests. And there are signs exhorting guests to be quiet while the photo shoots take place. All day, every day. The location is amazing. The hotel is not! Stay somewhere else nearby

Great place! Nice room although the bathroom was not cleaned well (still hairs on the counter and toilet bowl was dirty). Amazing pool looking over uluwatu and solid bartenders at the pool bar. Hotel breakfast and restaurant was also pretty good. Great spot to stay when in uluwatu!

Booked into a superior room, the smell and condition was disgusting, was upgraded but to be honest that was not much better. The pool and view save this resort. The downside to the pool is the weddings - 10 to 12 a day, not a nice experience. My advise stay elsewhere.
