The Orchard Greens

Nothing like-able, the property is not clean and the staff is not helpful.

Staff was rude, rooms were not very clean. They didn’t care at all about cleaning the common areas and corridors.

The size of the property was huge. The family room size was sufficient for a family of four. Staff helped us carry the suitcases up to the room. I must appreciate the support received from Mr. Karan, a staff member who helped us readily. The food quality and variety were, of course, excellent. We opted for breakfast and dinner plans for three days, and no food was repeated twice during these three days. The chef readily listened to a few corrections that we suggested. Overall, we were pleased with this 3-star hotel.

One senior staff member, Mr. Rana, allotted us a low-variant luxury room. Despite paying for a SUITE, we received a low-cost luxury room, which was smaller in size and had fewer amenities. He was a bit adamant about accepting his gimmick when we raised our concern. The difference in the cost was not refunded yet. This hotel management should give a comparative statement. This hotel has two parts. On the front, it has a 3-star hotel, while a newly constructed 4-star resort is located on the back side of the hotel. The hotel should construct a good approach road connecting these two properties. The food court is on the first floor of the resort. So, one has to walk up to this location. This property is 6 to 7 minutes away from the Mall Road, Manali.

The staff member Karan was very humble and always with a smile. Food was exceptionally good

Food rate was high. Tea & Coffee did not meet our expectations at all.

Power was not available on whole day

Rooms central heating set max at 24 degrees which really feels 19 and below. Stay is extremely uncomfortable.
