- Ridicilous service - Very Dirty Beds & Sheet - stained and hair on bed - Bathroom blind was broken and dirty - Towels very dark than white - No hot water in -3 degree temprature... had to argue with night staff for good 45 minutes to get warm water not hot - In morning also water was not Hot! - No heat in restaurant, paid for buffet in morning and had to eat in cold temprature - extra bed - sofa bed was very dirty too - Staff had an attitude, while complaining the are smiling than resolving problem - had to wait 45 minutes for someone to take our luggage from room to car at checkout. - Is this what you call luxury room? Definitely not worth the money! And when asked for manager in morning, they said he is unavailable
