"Well located and comfortable hotel with a few points for improvement"

I really liked my room, and that it was clean and modern and had a comfortable bed, nice balcony with partial ocean view, desk for working, easily controllable AC and enough space for clothes. The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to the beach, the convention center and the shopping mall. The morning yoga provided by the hotel was basic but a nice start to the day.

I didn't like the restaurant for breakfast, because there often was a long line and the food was overpriced and the ingredients for some dishes (e.g. avocado bread) did not feel that fresh. The dinner restaurant had a nice ambience by the pool and the food tasted fine but my colleague got food poisoning once at dinner. I felt that the pool was not that clean and the beds by the pool were worn out and needed refurbishing.

We were in room 1520 right opposite the elevators which were very noisy …. 24 hours a day We were only there for 3 days when checking out told the reception about the noisy elevators she told us there was an issue with noise and offered a $50 US credit back on our visa which came back on our visa then was cancel after 3 days …so much for the credit

Everything was great except the bed. It felt like you were sleeping on concrete.. and it’s too low to the ground. We woke up not being able to move for about an hour. Other than that. Great!

"We had the best time, relaxing and exploring in the perfect location"

Location location location. Perfect location at the end of Waikiki, a nice quiet spot right on the beach and close to Ala Moana park and mall. The pool is perfect and has a bar and restaurant that you can lounge in peace, happy hour at the pool is great after a day exploring and they make the best Mai Thai’s for a great price between 3-5pm.

Nothing - have stayed twice and looking to stay again

The room was comfortable and very quiet. Friday night entertainment and fireworks enjoyed on the property made it easy. Good coffee shop and restaurants nearby.

Parking was expensive but not more than anywhere else.
