Didn't give me no breakfast the bed was uncomfortable there were bed bugs I couldn't find about fleas or bed bugs and the room was dirty and I paid too much for the view that I did not get and I had to ask for water and they gave me ticket vouchers for water I stayed there five nights 6 days it was wonderful for my friend's wedding at another hotel and come to find out that the real Hilton had just bought the Hilton Club I will never stay there ever again I went to three different hotels right on the beach and they were cheaper than the price that I paid you guys said that there was a shuttle for $17.50 from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport I asked the manager and the said that they didn't have no shuttles so I got a lift that cost me 60 something dollars to get back home and from the airport to get to the hotel that was $58 all of my friends came to come see where I stayed and I couldn't believe it and I couldn't believe the price that I paid when other people paid a lot less than I did my view was just to see another hotel right across from me

My friend got married and it was a convention and I couldn't synonymous from Thursday to Sunday so I got to see a lot of my friends that rented airbnbs stayed in different hotels that were a lot better forearm stayed at the real Hilton

We really liked this hotel; my personal fave was the adult only pool-like lounge area (picture) - lounging here with view of the sunset and palm trees was nice way to end our trip in Honolulu and a great place to do reading or eat a midday snack with friends or SO. The rooms are spacious and the view of pool, marina and the beach (which was nice). The bellhop staff was helpful bringing up and down our luggage. The outdoor restaurant had a good variety of food and drink options. I liked exploring Hilton Hawaiian village (blue water shrimp restaurant had good ahi tuna) and bus stop around the corner made it convenient to travel around the island. The shell necklace upon arrival was also nice and I wore it the entire time. I believe on Friday’s they do a fireworks show at 7pm which I didn’t get to enjoy but I’m sure is spectacular ! There is a coffee shop at venue nextdoor which you can access via the pool area. FYI for status members: Unlike other Hiltons in area, it being a Grand vacation they don’t honor late checkout for status members. But the venue was very nice u didn’t want to stay in room too long - it was fine with me.

I loved the friendly staff who greeted us. The open and light entry way and lifts made moving around a breeze. The room was comfortable and the fridge was great to store drinks and snacks. The pool was lovely and the proximity to the beach and the Ala Moana shops was very convenient.

The location was perfect, the staff were great, very friendly and attentive. It's not the same as when it was before Hilton took it over

The food prices were high, however this is across the whole island. There were no water bottles in the rooms, as was the case on a previous visit. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby and the hotel restaurant isn't always open. There's no main light switch for the room just lamps.

Our room was a real dump. Stains on the lamp shade and carpet. Chipped tile and woodwork in the bathroom and in the general living space. I suspect it has been many years since this eyesore was last renovated. I can only imagine what CSI would find if they came into this place. It will take years of therapy and/or drinking to remove this bad memory.
