Riverside Boutique Hotel

Одлична локација,пријатен персонал,хигиена на ниво.

Прекрасни домакини, накараха ни да се почувстваме очаквани. Всичко от обслужване,храна, басейн, разположение на стая и удобството в нея беше страхотно. На две минути от площада с музеите и фонтаните. Очакваме при първа възможност да се върнем отново.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the beautiful pedestrian street of Bansko. The man and woman at the reception were friendly and smiling. The hotel itself looks nice. It was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent — there was plenty of everything, and it was all delicious. There is parking in front of and behind the building.

We booked the “Gold” room but couldn’t figure out how it differs from the “Silver” one. There was no balcony, and the view was of an old roof of the neighboring house. The wallpaper was in very poor condition and was peeling off. The fridge didn’t work — we asked to replace it, they did, but the new one worked for one evening and then stopped working the next day as well.
