Всичко ми хареса! Вежлив персонал, много услужливи бяха. Спа комплексът беше на ниво, 3 сауни и 1 парна баня, голям отопляем басейн. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Ние бяхме с включена закуска, но си доплатихме на място по 20 лв. на човек за вечеря, което беше доста изгодно, защото е на блок маса, а и ние търсим спокойствие, затова механите не са за нас. Качеството отговаря на цената. Пак ще посетим хотелът!

"I would come back again, I liked the atmosphere and the attitude."

The property was right next to the center of Bansko so the location was excellent. We traveled with my dog ​​and checked into the hotel without any problems, the attitude was very friendly.

We were keen to use the spa services, but only two saunas were open and the pool was a bit cold.
