СПА центърът е чудесен! Чиста и просторна стая. Много удобна спалня.

Прекрасен хотел, невероятни домакини. Обслужване на рецепция, ресторант изключително любезни и загрижени за нашия комфорт и престой. Локацията на хотела предлага два паркинга и прекрасна гледка към планината. На две-три минути пешеходно разстояние от центъра на Банско. Има всичко необходимо за приятен престой и по тази причина удължихме престоя си с още две нощувки. Остана ни чудесен спомен и с нетърпение очакваме да се върнем отново с приятели.

Friendly staff, very welcoming Hotel was clean , excellent location, free car park

The room was excellent, I liked the bathtub and the terrace with a view to the mountain. Overall the facilities are nice, the hotel is located in the quiet part of the centre next to the river and close proximity to all shops and city centre museums. The hotel is small, boutique and unique, I think it has potential and it will do well in the future. Special thanks to Temenuzka at the Front Desk.

The location was great, just minutes from the centre of the city. The parking was always full and very dificult to find a place to park, the room was ok.

The room was okay but not very comfortable because the bed was on the second floor, while the cupboards and everything else were on the first floor. It was very noisy until late and from early morning due to stairs outside very close to the room.
