Hotel Plaza Versalles

El mobiliario del hotel es pesimo, viejo, el desayuno es disque "buffet",pero NO te permiten que te sirvas,ellos sirven, me parece absurdo y coexitivo.

There was no hot water in the suite hot tub or jacuzzi wasn’t working and it was not clean. The ring desk guy was really nice and tried to help us. But wasn’t the point. I felt I threw my money to the garbage.

El hotel está en el centro muy , la zona es difícil muy de noche pero el hotel es bonito muy cómodo y con una excelente atención, el botones es una gran persona y el desayuno fue muy bueno.

El estado del mobiliario del hotel es viejo, sin mantenimiento, descuidado, el baño viejo en precaria situacion, el aseo diario es pesimo, tardio, se les olvida poner papel higienico, toallas viejas, pequeñas, el personal desatento, la tarifa en el hotel es superior a la ofrecida en internet. NO recomiendo a nadie este hotel, pesimo.

Didn’t have hot water after 10 am and water was turned off intermittently during the day. None of this information is mentioned on Expedia which I think is really a lack of research on part of Expedia. Will definitely NOT BE staying here ever again

If you are looking a hotel just for sleep while you are in a business trip, this is a OK hotel for the price. I've used just for 1 night while waiting for my early flight the morning after. Room is clean, staff is under-trained but they try to do the best they can.

Agradable

This is my second stay here, I hoped the second would be nicer than the first, but after this one I might not be back. This hotel seems to be decaying, the staff is extremely helpful and nice, but the hotel itself seems to be falling apart. The wifi is very weak everywhere in the hotel, the towels feel like old hospital towels and the doors on the room offer no privacy, on my last day i was changing to finally leave and one of the room attendants walked on me without knocking on the door. The breakfast is good for the price and the staff of the restaurant is great and attentive. Overall, if you are on a budget and need a place just to sleep this place is good. It is on a great location and you can basically walk everywhere. Beware: Cash only hotel.
