"Hotel pésimo servicio, sucio, pago solo efectivo"

Muy Mal, el hotel es pésimo, habitaciones sucias, sabanas muy sucias, no fueron cambiadas después de que se fue el huésped anterior, tenia pelo en la sabana y con fluidos en la sabana,un verdadero asco No aceptan tarjetas de crédito todo lo tienes que pagar en efectivo al momento del check in, lineas telefónicas bloqueadas al exterior y no facturan a nombre de ninguna empresa.

"No reciben tarjetas de crédito"

Al momento de liquidar la cuenta fue muy difícil. No aplicaron las retenciones de ley y adicionalmente no reciben tarjeta de crédito. Es trabajoso pagar una semana de hospedaje en efectivo.

"Not a hotel for English speaking tourist."

I wouldn't book this hotel again on departure I had to pay cash. The hotel doesn't accept credit card. The hotel didn't mention this when I booked until the day of departure. The reception staff didn't speak English or tried to accommodate English tourist. The hot water didn't work two days we stayed there. The wi-fi wasn't reliable. The shower head was broken and came out like a force of water.

Estuvo bien el hotel, está bien ubicado y la habitación fue muy cómoda. El trato de los botones no fue muy cordial, pero la atención en general estuvo bien.

"Great hotel for a really good price"

Nice and clean hotel with great staff. Nice pool and good breakfast. I felt it was a really good value, would stay there again.

"Pictures are better than the actual place"

I ended in this Hotel because a friend said it was a good value hotel. However I ended paying around 70USD per night for a below average hotel in my opinion. During my 3 night stay the elevator was broke and I had to climb up and down 4 floors....not very nice when you carry luggage. The pool is a mini-pool where you cannot swim and only refresh yourself. The breakfast included is not such a good one... Apart from that I have to say that the rooms are clean, staff is friendly.
