Hotel Plaza Versalles

La oferta de valor no corresponde a la realidad: no tiene parqueadero, tuvimos que ir caminando a un sitio a 4 cuadras. El costo fue mayor al que se específica en la página de Hoteles: 20.000 más. La atención de la señorita que maneja la recepción en la mañana es pésima, displicente. Nada recomendable

El servicio no fue bueno, me fueron a cobrar en EFECTIVO al momento de hacer el check out saliendo al aeropuerto y un monto diferente al que me dijeron al reservar en la página web

El servicio a la habitación puede ser mejor, estuve llamando para solicitar una bebida y nunca contestaron, finalmente tuve que bajar y solicitar personalmente la misma.

Small room, in a very good area. Staff is pleasant, but they only have hot water available for a few short hours in the morning the rest of the day they turn off the hot water heater.

Es un hotel viejo, con humedad en algunas zonas, los baños son cuaternarios y sin agua caliente, las camas y colchones no son muy comodos; el personal aparenta ser amable y no dan soluciones a sus quejas y reclamos o peticiones, la comida y el desayuno del restaurante del hotel es muy regular.

Made the reservation 2 weeks before, when got there they told me they don't accept credit cards Colombian pesos only, I explaint to the front desk how hard is to exchange dollars in Colombia and after 8:00 pm is impossible to get pesos anywhere, no manager to talk to.

Hotel con excelente ubicacion en Cali. La atencion del staf fue buena. Las habitaciones tiene un estilo algo viejo pero son amplias y comodas.

From the start a big disappointment. Traveling for a short vacation with my family I booked two rooms 3 months in advance. Upon check in I was told they only have one room for 3 people in my reservation. Paula a very unskilled person in customer service couldn't care less and didn't try to offer me options. When I started my call to expedia, they "suddenly" found the mistake they made and managed to accommodate us. Things didn't stop there, out of 5 nights, three of them we didn't have water no wi fi after 10 pm in our rooms. In my room the faucet was broken and took a minute for them to fix it. Safe boxes didn't work in two of the rooms. Towels look like a luxury. We only had 2 medium old towels, forget about hand or wash cloths. Noise was awful. Housekeepers would just come around 8 am when we were trying to rest knocking on doors so loud !! They would even walk on you with no regards for your privacy. Breakfast wasn't exactly a highlight. At breakfast Nelson was a really nice man, very attentive, but the woman who replaced him was awful. She was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable with inappropriate comments. I have to say most of the staff was helpful and respectful. Exceptions: Paula, the breakfast lady and housekeepers didn't make the cut. I'm not a person that is hard to please, but this was too much adding to have my family go through this. We opted to laugh about it, but we would never recommend this place.
