Awesome location, opposite kings beach, local convenience store and 2 restaurants below, modern looking building, good carpark easy check in. Interior could do with a facelift but good enough for the value we paid. Very friendly team.

Fantastic location, great staff, good parking. Room 37/1 was very average, very small bathroom with no soapholder or shelf. The doors on the kitchen cupboards were falling off and the tv was very small. The lounge and dining table and chairs looked like they were from the dump.

The unit 27.2 needs upgrading, the curtain was dirty with stains, the bed was hard as a rock, no table to eat at inside the unit. When it rained you got wet sitting at the outside little table. Many thanks Desley.

Location is great and view amazing but room’s definitely need work. In the second room with two single beds there was dust stuck all over the roof. The overall cleanliness was not great felt like I had to keep shoes on the entire time. Lamp in lounge and on veranda did not work.

We had an amazing stay at kings beach, clean, friendly and felt safe. The beaches and surroundings are fab. Highly recommend the breakfast. A delightfull 1st stop to get over our flight.
