THE DOWNSTAIRS WINE CELLAR WAS VERY UNDER-THOUGHT - GREAT LOCATION BUT LIMITED SELECTION OF WINES, ONLY ONE TABLE TO ACCOMMODATE 4 OR MORE PEOPLE - COULD HAVE BEEN AN EXCELLENT WINE BAR BUT NEEDS A MUCH BETTER SELECTION OF REGIONAL WINES (SOMMOLIER INPUT WOULD HELP) - NOT BAD BUT A MISSED OPPORTUNITY TO BE GREAT
