The hotel was closed permanently and did not inform us before hand.

I felt at home at this wondeful place. The location is great and generally quiet. Staff is friendly and accomodating. The garden and various sitting areas invite to relax. The breakfast was also vey good. By far the best place I stayed at in Peru so far.

No warm water, loud room facing the street, you can hear ever person passing by (this is common in Peru though), but worst thing was that the toilet in my bathroom had not been properly cleaned.

Clean rooms and garden!

Rooms are not like on the picture. I stayed in two different rooms and every time I got something else other than what I saw. In my second, I have a room with a panoramic view, but there were no proper windows. I have to fair though because There was a really nice balcony. But there was properly no heating in the room. Only a small heater in the room was very cold

The staff are amazing, I’ve never felt so welcomed somewhere in my life. The room is sooo cute and comfy, they have Netflix it’s just really nice, I could live there. Breakfast was also good and the chef just so nice. Great location with city views. They have a water refill station so you don’t have to buy water all the time as well.

Great location in San Blas. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The front desk folks we very helpful. Alexander in particular was helpful and caring.

Our room was on the front and any cars that went by during the night or any people walking by and talking were easily heard in the room. We had to catch a cab before sunrise and the stairs to get to the lobby are not well lit which contributed to me falling. I think better lighting would be beneficial.
