it is a nice hotel. definitely not fancy. the rooms are a little cavernous and darkish. all clean and fine. good TV with some english language channels. bathroom fine and large. always have tea on hand for you to have at anytime. breakfast good buffet style. staff nice and willing to advise and book excursions. all in all, OK for a budget hotel.

The best part was having access to our room at 6:30 after arriving on the overnight bus from cusco. The hotel is close to everything too

Thank you to the reception staff, they were very helpful and the tour they arranged for us to visit Lake Titicaca was excellent.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful- make sure you ask about the local tours to the floating islands, we booked through the hotel and it was so much cheaper. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned daily. It is only 2 blocks away from the main square which is conveniently right next to the Main Street which has all the shops and restaurants you could need. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great service at this hotel. They had a car waiting for us from the bus station (4 blocks from hotel), and checked us in quickly and efficiently. The room was average size, but very comfortable. They also offer tea stations throughout the hotel, and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff seemed to offer great advice for tours and things to see, and we booked a half day tour to the Uros floating islands with them. Great service for the price we paid, highly recommend!

Great hotel close to main square. Room was large, with huge bathroom and hot water. The buffet breakfast was amazing for a backpackers budget, with a huge selection of tropical fruits and all other buffet staples, including eggs cooked to order. The staff were super friendly and communicated well in English, and helped me with all my further travel plans and bookings, with all great results at non inflated prices. Book a private day trip with one of their local drivers to Amaru Meru a not very well know mysterious carved doorway close to Puno.

Okay hotel, they had good wifi and breakfast, and tea available in the corridors. However, they didn't make our beds daily which should be expected of a hotel.

Close to shopping and restaurants, friendly staff, not far from Bus Terminal.

Very helpful staff assisted printing last minute boarding passes. Good people!
