Location is perfect. Right in the middle of restaurants, shops and close to the bus station. Ride to and from the bus station should be 5 to 6 soles. Great breakfast. Nice rooms with hot water and super comfortable beds. Beds come with multiple blankets so you are never cold. The staff is exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Winter night in Puno can be pretty cold, but the hotel provided the thick blanket to keep me warm. Also I found the wifi very nice in this hotel;in several other places, even if it was full wifi signal displayed, still the wifi was awful! It also has good hot water. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is sufficient, The hotel is about 5 minutes walking distance to main square. Very convenient, thus highly recommended.

If you're looking for a nicer hotel with sleek facilities this may not be your cup of tea-- it is an older building with thinner walls (you can hear people latch the doors) and waek wifi on top floors, but for a hotel it is close to the center and has all the amenities one needs. Hot water and tea on each floor, hot water shower, TV, simple but hearty breakfast with great fruit selections in the morning, warm beds, hair dryer if you ask for one, strong wifi single in the lobby and computers to print documents. Most importantly, the staff are great-- they emailed me when I made the reservation on line, and arranged for a taxi driver to pick me up from the Juliaca airport (about an hour away) and arranged for trip bookings (amazing prices compared to what i heard other people from other hotels on the same tour group pay for... For the Lake Titicaca full day tour i was shocked when another couple told me they paid almost 3x of what I paid for the same tour). Great value for what you pay for, and can't thank the staff enough for being so helpful on my solo trip for two nights through Puno.

Would recommend. It seemed a bit tacky when we arrived, but everything was great. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea always available in hallway. It was very cheap and very close to main plaza. Beds comfortable . Room clean. Would stay again. Good wifi

They waiting 2+ hours in the terminal upon my arrival. Very decent staff and great service. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed at Suites Antonio for a couple nights before our Lake Titicaca tour and one night afterwards. We arrived by bus from Cusco and were told someone from the hotel would pick us up. We called to confirm this the day before. However, no one was there to pick us up at the bus station. Our first room was nice and quiet with a heater, but our second room was louder with no heat, and it got quite chilly at night. The nice thing was the breakfast, which included fruit, bread, avocados, yogurt, etc. The Internet was also quite speedy and computers were on every floor.

The service of Suites Antonio was great. Upon booking, they immediately asked me about a free pick-up. I was travelling with the Andean Express and the driver arrived on time at the train station to pick me up. The pick-up was also for free. Wifi was good and the service staff at the reception were prompt and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Very good for the price.

Older hotel, but very comfortable. Be aware that there was no heating in my room so it can get cold at night. Close to the city centre and some good restaurants.
