It was a good stay. The girl that welcomed us was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. We came quite early and did not expect to be able to checkin but she made it happen that we could checkin. Breakfast was very nice, the buffet had a lot of variety. The room was comfortable and the shower water was hot. wifi was reliable. There was hot water and tea on every floor.

The lights above the bed weren't working,. But other than that it was fine.

Excellent location. Good size room with hot shower. Good breakfast, Good wifi as well. Just the room is little bit dark.

Excellent place to stay in Puno. Rooms were a good size, as was the bed, and extremely comfortable. Bathroom was nice with a decent shower. Breakfast was good. The service they offer were great, free pick up from the bus station and sorted out a tour of the floating islands for us from the hotel in a matter of minutes. A 5 min walk to the centre of town with a load of bars, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast covered all the usual cereal, bread and egg options.

The place is very comfortable and very clean. Our room was quiet. There. Is seating and a tea service on each floor. This is where the WiFi worked the best.

Great rooms, very accommodating staff, arosario at the feont desk is exceptional. They serve a very good breakfast, rooms are 110V ready, just few blocks to Plaza de Armas, heat and hot water. Thanks much!!!

This hotel is conveniently located near the the Plasa Armas, however it is very dated. The linens are clean and the beds are comfortable but the whole hotel needs to be updated.
