Good value for money. Staff is very helpful. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Recommend!

Everything was good, except the WiFi which was too slow / weak and breakfast which didn’t include eggs or anything hot. Good location. Hot shower.

This hotel is great for people with a tight budget. The rooms are not air conditioned and carry a musky smell, which takes getting used to. The already limited plug points are not in a good working condition and the lights in the room are dull. The facility is old and can use some spruce up.

Clean hotel, close to the central plaza, staff are very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good, WiFi was good. Great quality for price.

Located within a couple blocks of Plaza de Armas, this hotel is bare bones basic. However, we paid less than $17 USD for a comfy room overnight with free breakfast (basic) next day. I’d stay here again. Highly recommended for folks on a short stay in Puno.

The locations is good, the breakfast is decent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the value is terrific. Internet access is a bit spotty, but this is not unusual for the price. Overall, for the price point, total thumbs up.

While the rooms are a little tired, the overall experience is good. Good breakfast and comfortable bed. Staff stayed up until 1am to check us in late, which was so incredible. It is so affordable - really great if you are just looking for a quick place to overnight. They also willingly stored our bags while we were on an excursion for a few nights.

Excellent hotel, with an awesome breakfast, that is very close to the Plaza de Armas and most of the good restaurants in town. About a 10-15 minute walk to Lake Titicaca and the boats that will take you out to the floating islands. They can easily set you up for inexpensive guided trips to paces like Sillustani, etc.. too. The staff was very nice, even helpful to a gringo like me that speaks only poor broken Spanish!
