Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Accueil très chaleureux, la chambre, la salle de bain et la propreté étaient conformes à ce que l'on attend d'un IBIS. Situé dans un quartier très calme à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Balaruc les bains. Bon petit déjeuner buffet, la piscine et le hammam sont très agréables lorsque l'on rentre de ballade le soir.

Très belle hôtel chambre agréable juste un peu le bruit le matin dommage, parking trop petit du coup faut pas arriver tard pour garer son véhicule sinon c'est Bagdad. Accueil et petits déjeuners au top. A refaire . Balnéo ça va dommage pour les services de massage non disponible

Bien qu'habitué à Ibis, je suis scotché par cet établissement très sympa, une piscine intérieure géniale, un excellent spa, même le restaurant est très correct, ce qui est rare dans un hôtel de cette gamme. Rapport qualité/prix redoutable. S'il faut trouver un point moins positif, j'aurais apprécié 1 ou 2 m2 de plus dans la chambre. Je n'ai rien à ajouter : merci et à bientôt !
