"Disappointing pool"

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the pool was quite disappointing , the liner was molded and water wasn't heated much. Last water checking lasted for more than 3 weeks ago... SPA was a bit pricy. The A/C didn't work properly and many little things were broken in the bedroom.

Hotel confortable, proche de l’étang de Thau et à quelques minutes du centre de Balaruc Accès piscine et sauna inclus dans la nuitée , nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter , dommage

"Raisonnable "

Très calme car un peu en retrait de la ville mais raisonnable car on peut y aller à pieds. Au niveau de la chambre raisonnable sauf la literie (matelas à changer car trop mou et il est très très ancien.

Parfait pour se reposer quelques jours en cours de voyage. Personnel charmant très accueillant et serviable, atmosphère paisible, piscine pas très grande mais suffisante pour bien se détendre. Petit déjeuner vraiment au top, extrêmement varié et complet.

Établissement bien placé et plutôt au calme. Bon rapport qualité prix pour la chambre et le petit déjeuner. En revanche l’indinorisztion Des chambres est à revoir et d’entendre les travaux extérieurs quand on tente de se reposer en journée c’est juste atrice

"SEJOUR DETENTE TRES AGREABLE!"

Séjours très agréable, personnel aimable, souriant, serviable et très attentif. La salle de bain avec galets sur le sol pour des personnes handicapées, ce n'est pas le Top! Je dirai même que c'est dangereux car inégal pour ceux qui ont des difficultés à la marche. En outre, je recommande le spa et vous conseille les massages! Le plus: le hammam et la piscine sont à la disposition des clients de l'hôtel et c'est génial!
