"Super séjour - petit déj à varier"

Le séjour a été très bien en général. La piscine et coin spa est propre et les espaces en communs aussi. Le staff était vraiment très agréable, souriant et aimable. mais il est vrai que les chambres sont un peu vieillotes. Ce qui nous a cependant dérangé était les petits déjeuners. La même chose pendant une semaine, ça fait long. Ça manque de fruit frais genre melon, pastèque, ananas. Les viennoiseries sont très bonne et les produits sont bons. Et nous n'avons pas pu dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel à 21h10 car il était déjà fermé ?? Nous n'avons pas de voiture mais les bus sont proches et les restaurants aussi.

"Problème wifi "

Séjour dans l'ensemble correcte. Mais au niveau des Service la connexion Wifi est de très mauvaise qualité, ce qui est dommage car l'établissement est plutôt agréable.

"MASSAGE énergique à faire"

Nous avons apprecie la piscine et notre massage cela nous a fait le plus grand bien.Le petit dejeuner est copieux .A notre gout la salle de bain est un peu petite sinon tout va bien.

"Un peu déçue"

Un hôtel ibis conforme à la chaîne donc en théorie sans surprises sauf... que les bons avis m’avaient laissée espérer autre chose.....très cher donc pour le confort (chambres très petites, pas d’eau mis à disposition, pas de vue...) : un hôtel ibis donc

"Hôtel bien situé au calme piscine intérieur "

Hôtel bien situé et agréable. Problème avec la chambre qui sentait fortement le tabac et même en aérant pas moyen de se débarrasser de l’odeur de tabac imprégnée . Les serviettes de toilette, une chacun, et pas une de plus pour le lavabo. Un peu juste. Et serviette trouée. Pas vraiment top pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Personnel agréable et bon accueil.Un plus : l’accès à la piscine et au hammam gratuit.

Le personnel très accueillant, la piscine chauffée bien, le petit déjéneur excellent. Proche de la promenade de Balaruc les Bains et à la fois dans un endroit tranquille.
