Air conditioner was not working properly . The engineer came and said it will work only at 23 degrees Celsius

Great service, great breakfast, many restaurants near by and a mall right next door, the staff knows enough English to be helpful. Only thing I really didn't like is that I couldn't get the room cooler than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Costs about 50-60 rmb for a taxi ride to the airport.

Location was conveniently beside a mall with a nice view from room.

Has chosen this place due its location in Wangjing area. Spacious and comfy room, excellent views from window due to high floor rooms. Good pool (4 lanes 25 meters long). Didn’t have a chance to try breakfast. Many places to eat around.

It was clean and tidy with facilities to cater for many guests

The staff were lovely and tried to help us the most they could even though they did not speak fluent English. The facilities were clean and spacious and the room was cleaned everyday with extra toiletries provided when asked for. Free water bottles were also provided as well as tea and coffee packets for use. However, it would have been nice if the bed sheets were changed more often rather than just making the bed tidy as bloodstains from injuries were still on the bed sheets after room cleaning.

Good location and in walking distance to public transport, nice view from the room.

I'm overall very happy with this hotel. The service was great, all staff were very friendly, helpful, and some had very good English. The room I got was very spacious and clean. My items were stocked every day and there was always two bottles of water provided after which could be lifesavers in the China heat. I was there for a business trip and one of the highlights for me is that this hotel provides a shuttle service at 8AM and 830AM to a variety of tech buildings in the Wangjing area. I probably could have walked the distance, but why do that when I could sit in an AC'ed shuttle? The breakfast was also very good with a wide range of options for westerners and folks of Asian descent. The on-site gym also had a good selection of workout equipment and was never that busy. I'd say the only thing this place lacks is a real 'bar-like' setting where we can unwind after a long day of work. Their current 'bar' and drink selections are pretty mediocre. I'm totally going to stay here again the next time I come back for a business trip and would recommend to others as well.
