Excelent hotel with great stuff, clean rooms and beautiful view

This amazing hotel is located in the city with all your needs. Rooms are big enough and very clean.

One thing I noticed about this Hotel when I booked my tour to visit The Great Wall of China, The front desk attendant referred me to the concierge and they made phone calls. They told me that the charges are 600rmb each for the entire tour including everything. I agreed to pay 1200RMB for two. They told me to be ready at 730AM the tourist guide showed up at 830AM with so many reasons. The tourist guide asks for an additional 150rmb each for the cable train to take us to the top of the Great Wall. I told her that I already paid 1200rmb for everything and she said my hotel is far I need to pay extra 250rmb to pick up us. I asked the other tourist in the Van they only paid 300rmb each plus the 150rmb for the cable train and their Hotel is only 15 mins away from ours. The total amount they paid each is about 450rmb each. I and my wife paid 1500rmb. After the Tour I talked to the front desk about the situation they made phone calls ...but who cares they speak in Mandarin... I had no clue what they talking about. I end leaving so disappointed.

Everything was good

Overall nice, big room, nice buffet breakfast, only problem is on air conditioner, air-conditioner temperature not cold at all, always in the same temperature, only drop 1 Celsius after one hour. Do this due to summer?

Good view, high floors. Decent quality

The rooms were nice and large. Wonderful bathtub.Very clean, very big, very comfortable. There's even a mall on the end of the block.

The hotel was nice ambiance and location wise. Staff courteous and friendly. Rooms decent sized and clean with a good view of the surrounding area. However the room temperature control was faulty. Breakfast spread deserves special mention - there are enough options both for vegetarian and non-vegetarian and for Chinese and non-Chinese foods. Two water bottles were provided in room each day. If you need more, ask at reception. Didn't get chance to use gym or pool. Overall, definitely recommended.

I stayed 7 days in this hotel. Positive: The rooms are big enough and clean. At least a small window can be opened Air condition works fine 2 bottles of water are provided per day The breakfast is excellent and has a lot of International and Chinese choices The indoor swimming pool Negative: The crew speaks few English. Everything that is slightly beside the usual receptionist’s work is difficult to communicate. The tour operators booked through the hotel bring you to souvenir shops (Jade and tea shops) which conduct some forced selling. It also appears that the lobby boys get their share from the tour operator. I consider these procedures to be negatively reflected to the hotel. Remark: Ask for a room way up to receive less noise from the streets

People do not know how to perform simple tasks like informing the subway direction or understanding anything that is not stated in the protocol. Anything they have to ask their manager. If you call the front desk and they do not know the answer (which happens a lot), they keep transferring you call (as a phone company would do). Awful experience for an expensive price. The breakfast is not worthy the 160 CNY. There is only machine coffee.
