Safe place for family…. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff was fabulous…. Highly recommend for a family.

My friend and i stayed for a week and it was honestly amazing. Mexico is beautiful but i believe it was the people the make it so beautiful. the workers were literally our family, they treated us with respect, kindness and compliments. This resort is truly amazing and hopefully i come back in december!!

Transport access

Small hotel with a very limited food options and very poor service, the staffs were not willing to help you . If you ask for beach towel 8:55am , they ask you to wait until 9 . They don’t just give it to you , you feel they’re there to teach you lessons and rules :)

Staff and service is wonderful

I recently stayed at Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta and had a wonderful experience overall. The service and staff were truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The food was also quite good, with a nice variety of options throughout the day. While the overall stay was very pleasant, I did find the beds to be a bit too firm for my personal preference. Additionally, I would recommend keeping the lobby doors closed to help manage the heat, it can get quite warm in that area. Despite those minor issues, I still give Sunset Plaza a solid four-star rating and would gladly return. Thank you for a memorable stay!
