Breakfast options often not available like Avocado and even basics like strawberry jam. Breakfast served luke warm 2 days

Everything it was clean decorated brilliantly and they have clearly spent a lot of time making there guest as comfortable as possible fantastic value for money and includes one of the nicest fry ups I’ve had in a long time x

We had a lovely few nights at The Pavilion Arms. Matt and the team were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, from the wide breakfast choice to evening meals, and our dog loved her breakfast sausage too! Comfortable, spotless rooms with thoughtful touches like fresh milk, water, and homemade cookies. Great vibe, parking onsite, and an easy walk into the centre. Highly recommend for a relaxed Bournemouth stay.

Warm and helpful welcome. Very nice quiet place. The pub and restaurant downstairs are top british, as we wanted to have! Nice and helpful waitress. Efficient check-in and check-out. The parking place is so large that it makes it easy to park your car! The breakfast was top!

None. Everything was nice. Nothing negative to mention here. Why should I write something here if all my expectations were met!

"Relaxing and comfortable stay at a great price"

Warm welcome, clean comfortable rooms, freshly cooked breakfast, easy parking and 15 minute drive to Sandbanks beach. Tea and coffee with milk and fresh cookies left in the room.
