The Pavilion Arms

The only problem we faced was a lack of heating in the room that was overcome by being use of a portable heater. The staff were marvellous. Service including room service was good and I appreciated the express check-out and check-in. Joining the loyalty club was a bonus and recommended.

Limited facilities for a person with a disability and there was no lift. Only one disabled parking bay. I did request disability parking via Booking.com but did not receive a reply until I had returned back home.

Matt and his team were exceptional. Food was absolutely beautiful and room was cosy and stylish.

Camera sporca. Struttura e arredo da rinnovare. Non c'erano gli asciugamani da doccia. Li abbiamo chiesti ma non sono stati portati in camera.

We spent two nights there. Highly recommended! The room was clean, big and cozy. Generous and delicious breakfast included in the prize. Friendly and professional staff. Vibrant pub. Free parking. Everything was perfect!

if i wanted to be really picky the room could do with a few touch up of paint but then it would be more 5*
