Fabulous hotel, Fabulous staff, Fabulous food, Fabulous atmosphere and Fabulous value. Free parking, everything was perfect.

Very good breakfast, evening meal was very good, also team were efficient. Anna the duty Manager was excellent, even took us to a quiet area to explain things to us. She was very friendly, having spent 40 years in a customer service job it was great to see someone showing real high levels of customer service.

Bed was a bit soft but that is just personal preference.

Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation with good design. Local produce i restaurant. 15 minutes walk from the town centre, also on a bus route or short taxi ride.

Really good size bedroom. Comfortable bed and nice coffee. Also a fast EV charger which saved us time

The hairdryer had not been checked since October 2024 on the label, it stopped working and was smoking. Reported it to reception, was concerned someone else might receive a shock.

Breakfast was at 8.00 am and as I was on business asked for an early light breakfast such as cereal and yoghurt when chef arrived at 7.30 . I was informed in the evening that was possible but when I went at 7.30 I was only offered a croissant with a ten minute wait but I didn’t have time. What a shame you can’t offer a simple breakfast fir guests who need an early start or arrange fir the guest to have a breakfast tray of yoghurt cereal fruit etc in the evening as there is a fridge in the room or that set up in the bar area.
