Grand Hotel Royal E Golf

The staff were lovely, but it’s a fair way from a 5 star in my opinion. My room had a ceiling and wall falling apart and poorly fixed. The spa is nice but again, tiles falling off etc. the decor is very old fashioned. It was also frustrating to not be able to get a slightly later checkout. I could’ve paid £140 to stay another 8 hours, or nothing at all. It’s also £25 for a cocktail, which seems excessive. Also, I’m sure they gave me a disabled room - the toilet was super high and there were rails everywhere. The shower flooded no matter what I did too. Just needs some love!

La struttura è favolosa sotto ogni aspetto; trattandosi però di un hotel di classe superiore, ritengo opportuno segnalare che, dopo meno di un’ora dal mio arrivo in camera, una dipendente ha bussato più volte e, non ricevendo risposta, ha aperto la porta con il passepartout trovandomi appena uscito dalla doccia, non ancora composto, per chiedere se desiderassi ulteriori asciugamani (o forse con la prima scusa che le è venuta al momento). Un dettaglio che non intacca la qualità complessiva del soggiorno, ma che in una struttura di questo livello meriterebbe maggiore attenzione.

L'hôtel est très bien dans l'ensemble. Le petit déjeuner parfait. Super bien situé. Parking pour la voiture.

Das Frühstück wer sehr gut. Große Auswahl und nette Bedienung. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig.

Der Service an der Rezeption war nicht gut. Besonders der Chef vergriff sich im Ton . Die Zimmer waren eiskalt und wurden trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht geheizt, Wir hatten draußen 12-18 Grad. Zum Schluss sollten wir noch Parkgebühren in Höhe von 60 Euro für einen halben Parkplatz und zwei Nächte bezahlen. Vereinbart waren 15 Euro pro Parkplatz. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht. Die Preise im Restaurant und der Bar waren total überzogen.

Le camere e l’ambiente è veramente datato, pavimenti tendaggi tutto l’ambiente interno delle camere molto antico e non conforme a un 5 stelle (sulle scale una tenda era persino strappata e bucata)
