Mum and I came to this hotel and had an amazing time. Our personal assistant was Saikal was most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and always greeted us with a huge smile. We didn’t have to ask she seemed to think of everything including a tour of the hotel. All is fabulous here. The attention to detail is just fabulous. They have thought of everything. It’s a piece of paradise. Well done Rixos hotels. First class. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. We didn’t have children either us but would have been great if we had. Restaurants were good especially the Manderin one.

Had a great experience at Rixos hotel. 2nd time we have visited and there will be a 3rd. Lots of poolside activities including darts which I enjoyed many times with Elmyrza! Top guy! Evening entertainment and restraints have been brilliant too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently stayed at the hotel for our family holidays, and I must say our experience was made extra special thanks to the outstanding support from agents Melek and Ata. They went above and beyond throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any questions or issues we had, and their promptness and genuine care really stood out. The kid's club was absolutely exceptional — the staff there were fantastic and truly made the holiday for our children. It was such a relief knowing they were having a wonderful time. The pool facilities were also excellent, with something for everyone, from little ones to adults, and the water slides were a big hit. There were a few issues with our room when we first arrived, but these were resolved very quickly. The beach itself is very pebbly and rocky, so a little extra care (and perhaps water shoes) is needed, but it’s still a beautiful spot to enjoy. Overall, this was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and the exceptional service from Melek and Ata truly made all the difference.

This hotel was amazing. The customer service was amazing. We loved our swim up duplex. We will be back. A special thanks to Ata and Melek and Mr Nidal they did so much to help my family and make our holiday perfect. I was nervous after our holiday to our usual hotel Cullinan Belek was cancelled by the agents making a error but I didn’t need to be.

Really nice workers, lots of fun things to do! Guest relations are absolutely perfect and can’t fault it! Food is amazing.

The hotel itself is stunning, when you arrive you are greeted by a member of the reception team. You are provided with a drink and savoury snacks whilst checking in and your luggage is ready to be taken to your room. You are set up on a WhatsApp group with a designated staff member who updates you every morning with activities and times of restaurant opening times, you can ask any questions and they respond quickly, thank you to Aidana and Yulia. A member of concierge will go through everything in your room including the air con, tv and the fridge, which was a surprise as full of snacks, water, sodas and beers which are replaced everyday. The rooms are modern, spacious and very clean with all those essentials plus a bit of luxury slippers and fluffy dressing gowns. The beds are extremely comfy with white fresh linen and soft pillows. The restaurants, we tried a few of them, some were fully booked, however our favourite was the mandarin restaurant the food was spot on. People often moan about the buffet restaurants being repetitive, cold or boring, absolutely not food is fresh, hot and full of variety, cannot comment on dietary restrictions but lots to choose from and our waiter Yusuf, he was excellent and brilliant with the children’s needs (chocolate milkshakes & apple juice). The pool was very clean, loungers very nice, towels provided plenty of beds. Order any drinks from your lounger using QR code and they deliver on skates. Starbucks on site (free ) early morning lattes or cappuccino before breakfast or a walk around the grounds is a must. The list could go on and on of all the positives about this hotel and their staff but seriously this is an absolute must if you decide to go to turkey we had not one complaint.

Everything good. Food is outstanding and Rixy club is super for families with kids . Plus Guest Relations team is fantastic. We will come back
