Rixos Premium Tekirova - The Land of Legends

Absolutely amazing experience. The WhatsApp assistants have been nothing short of spectacular, cater to every need, always fast replies and ALWAYS on the ball and meeting everything we could think of. Cannot fault them at all, absolutely excellent service! Their names were Kaan, Yagmur and Tamerlan. Fantastic!!! Location is ideal, the atmosphere is always extremely friendly and reliable. Rooms cleaned everyday - spotless. Amazing value for money. We will be taking our son back here next year!!

This was our first time at this hotel and we traveled as a family of 3 with a 1.5 year old and couldn’t fault it. There was so much for him to do and the service we received there was amazing, especially from Shadi who was our assistant. Shadi made sure our little boys dairy allergy was accommodated for and he certainly never went without. We don’t usually go back to the same place but we are already looking to return here again next year! 😊

Such a great resort, both my kids loved it! Beautiful green resort, the flamingos were so nice to see. Food was nice, felt like there was loads of different variety each day. Staff were all great too, everyone is very friendly! Also very handy having the WhatsApp group to help with any queries - they were dealt with very swiftly and no trouble for them at all.

Fantastic hotel, could not fault it any way, superb holiday, everything about the hotel was fantastic especially the staff, a special mention to Kann Tekinel, guest relations agent who delivers a fantastic service to us

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay — it was a wonderful vacation. This is definitely a real 5-star hotel. I especially appreciated the service through the assistant and the app (thank you, Zhasmin, Antynai). I don’t like constantly calling someone for small requests, so being able to order things directly and have them delivered or arranged so easily was extremely convenient. The food was quite tasty with a good variety, the activities and beaches were excellent. The children’s program was also fantastic. As for Starbucks, unfortunately, we don’t drink coffee, but I think it’s great that you have it and that it’s open from 6 a.m. It was perfect to grab something while going to watch the sunrise. Still, it would be wonderful if in the future hotel could also consider some non-coffee alternatives like cocoa without sugar. I’m also very grateful that hotel responded to my request regarding russian songs at the children’s disco. I really noticed the change, and it was very much appreciated. Thank you so much for making our vacation so enjoyable. We will definitely come back.

We have stayed at Rixos Tekirova for 1 week and could very easily do 2 weeks here. The service has been exceptional! We have had our own WhatsApp group with guest relations which means you can ask questions at the touch of a button which has been so handy! Huge shout out to Kaan and Yagmu who have been amazing! Made the holiday very easy. You don’t need to move from your sun lounger all day. QR code to order drinks, lads on roller skates deliver them. The quality of the cocktails are really good. The choice of restaurants are brilliant we haven’t had enough time to do them all but Mandarin, Turkish, Italian and Mexican were stunning! Day time entertainment is great. I have enjoyed Yoga, water classes and SUP group paddle. Great instructors lead them all. Shows in the evening are great quality, kids club and entertainment was fab. So much to do with the children. We would love to return to a Rixos.

This was my 4th visit to Rixos Tekirova and I was impressed with the many improvements. Everything was excellent, and as always, the experience exceeded expectations. Definitely planning to return again next year!

We had a wonderful experience at Rixos Tekirova. The hotel is beautiful! All the structure is amazing (rooms, bars, lobby, gym, beach, etc), with very good entertainment, and the highest point is the staff! You can feel that they are really interested to make the guests experience the best as possible. My special thanks to Saltanat and Bektur, our holiday assistants, whose make the experience remarkable. I also would like to give special thanks to Mustafa from Chill and Grill restaurant, and Murat from Vista Bar. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of all the waiters and waitresses from Turquoise, but I would like to thank all of them for the hospitality. I hope I can go back soon to Rixos Tekirova!

Staying at Rixos Premium Tekirova was without a doubt the best decision we made for our summer vacation. The hotel’s structure and amenities are so well thought out and perfectly executed that it’s impossible not to relax and fully enjoy every single moment. A very special thank you to Saltanat and Bektur, our Holiday Assistants, who were always kind, helpful, and responsive via the WhatsApp group — their support truly made a difference in making our stay smooth, comfortable, and extra special. I also want to highlight the amazing attention I received on my birthday. It was such a beautiful surprise to walk into our room and find it decorated with balloons, cake, wine, and fresh fruit. Later that evening, we had an unforgettable dinner at Chill and Grill — and a heartfelt thanks to Mustafa, who ensured every detail was perfect. All in all, it was a flawless experience from beginning to end. We will definitely be back!
