Rixos Premium Tekirova - The Land of Legends

We are staying here currently. I've never taken the opportunity to write a trip advisor review but this time feel the need to. The grounds are lovely, the waterpark is great albeit water freezing so a little unusable. However..hotel is full of Russians which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it is when all staff appear to favour them over British. What I mean by this is serving them first and mostly only them. Every single day at table service we have to get up to ask for a drink or collar them over. Management are stood around watching doing absolutely nothing adding 0 value. Pointless. I can't remember the last time we had service with a smile, it's like I've asked someone something really awful when we do manage to grt someone's attention for a drink. Room has been super hit and miss in years of not being replenished, dirty cups left out. Found a big clump of black hair on the shower floor. Food is OK, not sure if time of year but no pineapple or watermelon on offer for fruit. Some foods are swimming in oil too. However do not expect to get a space at the a la cartes. We witnessed 4 tables full at peak time one evening with about 10 empty. No wonder you are unable to reserve even when on the app to book at 10am bang on. Drinks are OK. However for a brand such as rixos who quotes their ethics towards sustainability. Is nonsense. Around the pools you will be served your drinks in plastic cups and not those reusable ones. The ones you put in the bin. This is not an example of sustainability. Please don't contradict yourselves. The staff speak very little English... it is hard work at times. Also the kids entertainment my 4 year old couldn't really get involved in as she 2as about 1 out of 15 children playing and was all in Russian so she had no idea how to partake. Such a shame. Lots of areas are not available for regular guests just saved for what appears to be the 'elite'. Why? Feeling very let down and will not be recommending or returning.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Maintained to the highest level. It was spotless everywhere and we didn’t even see any bugs during our 10 night stay! The facilities are outstanding. The sprawling grounds have everything you could wish for. The food is very good quality with lots of choice. I am vegetarian and was spoiled by all the delicious things I could eat each day. Roxy club is so much fun for the kids. Well staffed and maintained. Can’t wait to come back :)

It was a lovely stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova, we got our room upgrated to delux premium at the arrival. Staff is very helpful - from cleaning to reception, everyone is smiling and willing to help. Special thanks to our personal assistants Kaan and Yagmur for solving our issues and always responding fast 🙏🏻 I got a little sick during my stay, and doctor prescribed medication - in 15 min I received it from our assistant Kaan, no need to go to the pharmacy. Very quick service. At the beach you can easily find a sun bed - if someone has received it with towels but never showed up, the staff will remove it and let other guests to use them. Special thanks for that, no need to run around looking for a sunbed. So no worries - you will always find a free sunbed. Amazing evening shows, the entertainment team did a fantastic job! The vortex extreme show, dancers, singers made our evenings unforgettable, the host speaks in 4 languages so every guest would feel included. 🙏🏻 The only thing that needs improvement is food. There is no kids menu in the main restaurant, and the food itself is not changing. There was no salmon in the mornings, which is very strange for the 5star hotel, no strawberries or watermelons, no brie cheese or blue cheese. The food concept is not changing from day to day, neither in main restaurant nor in food court. Cocktails are not bad, but could be decorated more - no cherries or fruit on the side, only dried orange. Ice cream is very tasty and delicious. Some waiters don’t speak English nor Russian, we had at least 3 situations where we were misunderstood by the staff. Beautiful territory, very clean, gardens are maintained. Swans and flamingos 🦩 are greeting you while you walk near the pond. Rixy kids club - thank you for your service, patience and care, our son enjoyed it so much, he was always asking us to take him back to the club. Pottery, drawing, games, robotics - kids program is very rich and fun. Kids club stuff all speak english and russian, so there was no issues with communication. Also I noticed there was no kids with signs of sickness, nobody was coughing or had a runny nose, thank you for keeping the kids environment healthy and safe 🙏🏻❤️ Spa area - girls, thank you again for your compliments, you are all amazing and absolutely gorgeous . I got a back massage from Mine, she has magical hands, helped me with my back pain. Hotel photographer Ata - thank you for beautiful pictures and saving our memories forever. Market and shops are a bit pricy, but it’s understandable since it is a hotel territory, you can buy everything you need for your stay if you forgot something at home. Clothes, bags, swimming gear and floating mattresses - everything is here. The piano evenings in the lobby bar was relaxing and touching, the pianist was attentive to our son and showed him how to play piano. Thank you for being so kind. Overall I really enjoyed staying at Rixos Premium Tekirova, and will definitely come back again. Thank you dears for your service 🙏🏻

Lovely experience. Service good. Tasty food, but doesn’t change much (probably the only downside). Loved the all the shows in the evening. We got upgraded with our room, it had the view on waterpark and the mountain. Noise levels were low. Sometimes it was hard speaking to personnel, because they didn’t speak english. Got help fast and at any moment from personal assistant (Kaan Tekinel, Yagmur Kayacan) if needed.

We visited this hotel at the end of Sept into October 2025. The hotel is well worth the price tag in my opinion. If i had to, I would only raise one concern of mine. My son is 3 years old and just constantly running about, the Lotus stage is suspended over water (even though it may not be deep, its not the point) with no end panels which means its totally open for little people to run off the sides, my heart was in my mouth the whole time we were at this area. Other than the above point, I have nothing else to 'complain' about. The hotel has absolutely everything you could think of. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We were upgraded on arrival to room 1650 overlooking the sea and the pool - this was perfect for us with 2 rooms. The pool had lots of comfortable loungers available, probably because the sun goes behind the main building after lunchtime so unless you are in loungers near the pool bar/beach you will not be in direct sunshine. Beach had ample loungers available at all times of the day. The QR code drinks/ice cream service is a great touch, the guys come round on rollerblades. Kids club was actually madness, never seen anything like it. So much on for children/teens to enjoy including the climbing ropes, playground, water slides and lazy river. Its even got a little farm through the back of the adults water slides! Food was good, lots and lots of selection in the main buffet, the a la carte bookings help to mix it up a bit and it feels less hotel like when you can do these - like you are going out for the evening. Just to wrap it up, I will miss the hotel, the ground and lastly the personal assistants on Whatsapp who were at my beck and call morning, noon and night. Shout out to Kaan & Yagmur keep up the great work! Very informative and extremely quick on the response times. Would love to come back one day.

We stayed as a family of four along with our friends, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The views are breathtaking, and the service — both in the bars and at the Rixy Club — is exceptional. We especially appreciated the modern solutions like convenient WhatsApp communication with the staff and the Melex taxi service around the resort. The food deserves special mention — it was absolutely outstanding! Both the main restaurant and the à la carte options offered a delicious and impressive variety, from meats and cheeses to desserts, sushi, and healthy detox drinks. Room service, including cleaning and minibar refills, was top-notch and truly exceeded expectations. The aquapark is fantastic for both children and adults, and there is an abundance of activities for those who enjoy sports as well as those who simply want to relax and unwind. Special recognition goes to Ms. Cansu and our amazing caretakers, Polina and Margarita, for making the stay even more special. It’s truly hard to find any flaws in this hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend it — our entire family loved every moment!

Came here with my family for a week, the place is stunning and the staff are very helpful and friendly especially our assistants Kaan and Yagmur they were there 24/7 for all of our needs. Can’t wait to book again for our next holiday

We have had the most Amazon experience at Rixos premium tekirova. The whole staff team have been amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. There is so much to do and our daughter has been constantly entertained meaning we could relax. Special mention to kaan and yagmur who have been on hand 24/7 to answer any questions and have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. Thier response has been so quick and productive. It’s a great service offered by the hotel! We can not wait for our next stay’

Our stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova was absolutely outstanding and truly unforgettable! The hotel is beautifully located right by the sea with breathtaking views of the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, while the staff were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food was simply exceptional – an incredible variety, top quality, and something new to try every day. Both the main restaurant and the à la carte options were excellent, and the bars with drinks and snacks available throughout the day made everything even more enjoyable. The resort offers countless attractions – amazing pools, a fun aquapark, a sandy beach, and plenty of entertainment and activities for both adults and children. The whole atmosphere combines luxury and comfort with a very warm, family-friendly vibe.

From the moment I arrived at Rixos, I felt like I was receiving true 5-star treatment. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, from the breathtaking views to the impeccable service. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and luxurious stay. What impressed me the most, though, was the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and cared for nothing was ever too much trouble. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth really made all the difference and exceptional service from Kaan and Yagmur! I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but this is by far the best I’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for a place where luxury, comfort, and world class hospitality come together.
