Hotel Boutique Quinta Chanabnal

Merveilleux séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel au milieu de la jungle. Les suites sont belles et spacieuses. La piscine a un charme fou. Le restaurant est magnifique et les plats sont excellents accompagnés d'une cave intéressante ! Le personnel est très attentionné. Un séjour de calme et de dégustation. Superbe !

Gorgeous property with character surrounded by lush jungle and a pool. Massage available. Good restaurant and staff were great. We stayed in the presidential suite and it was AMAZING with a sis and own small outdoor pool. Well located close to Palenque archeological site.

Increíble lugar. Conocimos varios hoteles en palenque. Definitivamente el mejo o de los mejores. El servicio sin igual. La sopa de chapulín la mejor que hemos comido.

The hotel was great at organising transfers from the airport for us and also tours/guides for the days in Palenque. We’d highly recommend taking their option for the private guided tour of the ruins and jungle as it was a highlight of our whole time in Mexico and a really unique experience. Room was great and a very good shower, comfortable bed and a restful night sleep. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were a touch on the shabby chic side around the edges

The location of the hotel is in a secluded area of the rainforest. The swimming pool and the lake are a dream. The decorations and details of the place are also amazing. I really liked the environment, but I wouldn't stay again...

The first receptionist that was at the hotel barely spoke English and wasn't friendly or helpful. He was not able to recommend ANY tours that can be done apart from the one to Palenque and didn't try to find out anything, which was disappointing. It is also challenging when the staff at the reception don't really speak English. i understand that it's a different country, but as it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, it would have been nice to better communicate. The hotel itself was once lovely, but has since seen better days. I think for what it is, it's quite overpriced. I would have also appreciated a station with drinking water. We only got 2 small bottles per room per day and with a water station the amount of plastic could be reduced and everyone would be able to get some. The restaurant also had a lot of exotic food on the menu, including shrimp, salmon, curry and others. It would be nicer to have a smaller selection with fresh local food and more vegetarian food.

When we booked there was no mention of breakfast in the tariff. When we arrived we were informed a continental breakfast was included. We were given fresh fruit, granola, toast and jam, cake, fresh orange juice and coffee or tea. It was a substantial high quality meal. The room we had was spacious and very clean. Water was provided each day. The staff were always helpful. The gardens are lovely. There were howler monkeys in the area but there were quiet during the night.
