Hotel Boutique Quinta Chanabnal

We have been travelling for three weeks but this was our favourite place. We stayed in a junior suite which was huge, well-appointed and had a balcony with seating. The place feels very tropical and has lots of trees and a lake and a cascading pool area. We ate dinner here and the menu featured a range of traditional Mayan dishes that were delicious. There were a couple of families of howler monkeys in the surrounding trees and listening to them in the morning and at dusk was incredible. Staff were all great and we would have loved to have stayed longer than 4 nights. Very hard to leave this special place right in the jungle. It was only 4km from the ruins, we caught a taxi there, but walked back via a very good footpath.

AMAZING hôtel and one of the best massage of my Life Everything is just perfect on this hôtel, room staff meal massage do not hesitate to reserve here and try the massage or réflexology of the spa to recover from thé Climing of the pyramide ! Probably the best quality /price in Yucatan ☀️

Beautiful property and very friendly staff

It was a beautiful small hotel with little cabañas. Ours was the on the top floor of a little four plex unit with two suites on the bottom and two on the top. The pools were gorgeous right in the ocean and perfectly clean. The food I. The restaurant was mediocre and high priced but the hotel and the service were outstanding.

We were two couples who spent a week at the lovely Quinta celebrating our anniversaries. The location of the Quinta was excellent, a convenient distance from town and the archeological site. The check-in process was super smooth and we were able to make easy charges to the room (paid at check-out). The hotel arranged an amazing guide to the site (Mildred). We did the tour of the site and rainforest walk (highly recommended). The hotel arranged a bag lunch which was nice after a 4 hour tour of the site + heat. Our other days were spent exploring nearby water falls and enjoying the hotel amenities. The pool was perfect after a day of hiking and the birding by the private lake was a highlight every morning. The food was good and offered variety (we had most meals at the hotel). We our rooms were very spacious with great attention to detail. Always clean, good water pressure, and a very comfortable bed. The last item I will highlight was the service. Everyone was super attentive and extremely helpful! Loved the experience and totally recommend it!

A couple of suggestions to the hotel: -provide drinking water stations instead of plastic water bottles -a few board games or cards would be great to better enjoy the lounge area

We like the whole property. The area is Besutiful. The staff was very friendly and cordial. The rooms are so big, there is plenty of room

Loved the Gardena md pool area. Really lovely jungle feel. The Myan food was delicious and our waiter Misal was just brilliant.

I think some elements of the service could have been better. The staff were good but for a 5 star lodge I would have expected a more personal service.

The garden with the pool is lovely. Actually having seen a family of howler monkeys on the property. Quite a luxury jungly feel.

I am searching for anything really. It was all fine.
