It was close to everything but the service and the hospitality and the staff and cleaning was very bad it’s was the worst experience ever staying in this hotel

Worst hotel in Thailand. Stay away from this place. Rooms are disgusting. Service is horrible. Food is horrible. Worst hotel experience in my life. I don't usually leave reviews like this but this place deserves it. (Arrived at this horrible place at 10 a.m. and I wasn't able to check in until 8 p.m. what horrible experience from start to finish)

First time staying on the beach side of Patong beach! This was the perfect hotel. It is right on the main road, but tucked away in an amazing green oasis! We were greeted as soon as we exited our taxi and taken very well care of from the then. The room is beautiful and the balcony is spacious. Really good air con and super clean. The bathroom is super clean and beautiful The pool area is super large, but also the hotel is massive!!! There was some construction and renovation going on being that it was covid. But it didn’t effect our stay.

Was in a beachfront room. Not worth the price at all, and there's no beach view (just the top of hotel's roof and air vents. Staff at lobby were not very helpful and unfriendly.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with everything at this hotel, particularly given it's considered a 4-star hotel. Check-in: We arrived a little before check-in time. The room was not yet ready and the supervisor who checked us in refused to give us any information (for example, I asked if he could remind me if I had breakfast included. He said I get no information until check-in time of 2PM). Nobody offered to take our luggage when we went to eat prior to the room being ready. They do not allow any late check out (even if no one is checking into your room) unless you pay 1K THB per additional hour. They also charge 300 THB if you don't return the plastic room key at the end of your stay. Room: The room and dresser both smelled like mildew- it was clear they had never been aired out. The toilet flusher wasn't working properly and continuously got stuck. The shower had dried water droplets all over it. They never cleaned it with Windex or a similar cleaner to get rid of them. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pool: The pool itself is beautiful, huge, and a good temperature. However, the staff is constantly working on the deck during pool hours causing disruptions. One day they were sanding for hours (noisy), another day they were painting (smelly), another day they were cleaning. Pool chairs are blocked off during this time leaving less room for people to sit. Food: Sub-par & expensive for the quality. Staff: Poor attitude & rude.

I had problems with April when I check in. I was told I had to sign a paper if anyone visit me I would be fine a 1,000 baht and I was to put their name on this paper. What an insult I’ve never had to do this at any hotel I stay at in Pluket. I moved out the next day. The bathroom has something falling from the roof. I was very disappointed with this hotel. The front desk especially April needs some training and her attitude is not very nice.

We've stayed here previously and returned due to the location and staff. This time we selected a standard room. Last time we gad a pool view room. Both were fine. Our was close to the band area so we did hear noise at night. That might bother some people but we were exhausted so slept through it. There are some good bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Reception services and house keeping were exceptional.

The room furniture was old and doesn't look like a 4star hotel

Very nice room, nice property, great pool view. Overall a fantastic experience!

The location was perfect just across the road from the beach, shops, restaurants and couldn't fault it. The room was great value for money well kept and the breakfast was very good. I would recommend this to others, the staff were excellent.
