"So-so stay Patong Thailand "

Not so amazing, after booking with Hotels.com I fined offers differ day to day. When I arrived patong hotel upgrades were steep and complex negotiations to include breakfast . Room TV poor quality connection with limited selections. Hair dryer did not work in bathroom- reported to front desk and only people eng visit and NO corrective action.

"Looks good from far, but far from good"

Check in was hectic and came across as if we were an inconvenience. Rooms require face lift. Bathroom was barley functional. Towels rough and frayed. Bad odours along corridors. Only some lights working in room. Internet intermediate. Breakfast / Restaurant / Bar good. Pool area good Staff generally polite, apart from reception, though they seemed understaffed at key times.

"Great Vacation Patong Beach Hotel"

Beautiful open layout and perfect location across the street from the beach. Bar / Lounge is great for meeting and relaxing after a long night. Breakfast has good selection, but the quality of food is average. The tour reservation desk was exceptionally helpful in coordinating activities. Fully recommend it for the location and vacation feeling.

"Great Hotel/Some Rooms Banged Up"

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was nice and the hotel is in a great location. Also, a nice breakfast. Only comment I would say is that we were in one of the rooms not completely renovated yet, which was pretty banged up. However, once all the rooms are remodeled, this hotel will get a 5 from us.
