This hotel is one of the best. It’s in a great location - close to the beach and Bangla Road, but also private. The rooms were stellar and the pool was the best. Service was very good. 10/10 would stay here again.

great location, good breakfast options, spacious rooms, we had problems with the shower which was well fixed but after 1 day requesting maintenance the problem was solved, great pool, restaurant with good options for lunch and dinner, tasty drinks, receptionists Friendly,Wi-Fi ok.

Liked the Beachfront location. Annoyed there was no steam room or jacuzzi facility on site.

Everything was great except the hot water pressure in the shower. Otherwise everything was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the Baan LaiMai with super friendly and helpful staff. There is a great pool and play area with swim up pool bar. Food was nice too. Our only criticism is that the sheets on the bed were damp. Not sure if that is due to early September humidity but its the only thing that kept our stay from being perfect. Wonderful location.

I love this hotel so much.whatever u see in the picture its exactly in the real life. Love the big spacious swimming pool and only few steps away from patong beach, love the room very spacious and many storage and definitely the view is so breathtakingly. Only the downside is if ur muslim, they mix serving halal food and non halal, so i just had fruits and drinks. Next time please consider to label and seperate the foods so muslim traveller can enjoy the breakfast as well, but ill choose not include breakfast if i will come back again coz can always find halal food outside the hotel. Other than that, this hotel is superb

We booked a beachfront room with a seaview through hotels.com. The first room we got was very old, had no bathtub or seaview as promised in the booking and looked not at all like the pictures at hotels.com. We complained about this right away and they offered to move us to another room the next day. This room looked more like the pictures and had a bathtub but still the seaview was very limited because of the roof of the building in front of the room. We had paid a lot extra for the seaview, so we complained again and asked for a refund. But the supervisor at the reception was very rude and claimed, that because we had booked at hotels.com, we had not paid any money to the hotel. So we should complain to hotels.com. We did that but they only offered us a 10 percent refund and claimed, that it was the hotel, that was responsible for the images, so we should handle it with the hotels So there we were left between 2 parts with noone taking responsibility! We will never use this hotel or hotels.com again. Read the other reviews from people booking the beachfront rooms and you will find similar complaints. The only good thing to say about the hotel is the breakfast and the staff at the breakfast. They were excellent - but it was like dealing with a total other company than the rude and unfriendly people at the reception. Thank you to Alex and the rest of the staff at the breakfast - you were the only positive element during our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is situated at the center of Patong Beach area, the famous Patong Beach is just in front of the hotel. The Bangla Road and many restaurants, massage saloons, shops etc. are only steps away. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. We stayed in a room that has a balcony looking directly to the lagoon style swimming pool. The next building was situated inches away from our room entrance, and you can hear the air conditioning system of that building from our room. The bathroom was a bit old, but clean. The open buffet breakfast was very good with lots of different choices. I recommend this place for a comfortable stay in a central area.
