This was my second time at this resort and there's a very good reason I booked again..... It's the best in Patong. The perfect location; close to the beach and main party areas.... yet still very quiet. The service is up there with the best I've received and the amenities are first class.

Location of the hotel is great as it located in patong facing Patong Beach. Compound of the hotel is spacious. However, rooms are a bit dated and in need of touch up. Breakfast is good with wide selection. Overall good stay.

Our family loved this resort with its wonderful pool and restaurant and bar. The bar at the pool was great. Each room was kept clean and tidy on a daily basis however I thought the bathrooms where a little outdated . The staff were amazing and we loved the service . Overall very happy with our stay and will definitely come back to this hotel with its wonderful location.

The pool is big and spacious. Loved it. Breakfast spread could be a bit better. Felt that there was not enough varieties. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

"Overpriced and underwhelming "

The hotel has a great location right across from the Beach and a short 5 min walk to the main road but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to my friends and family! They are currently doing renovations that we didn’t know about until we got to our room. They would start at 8am and would go all day making it hard for a sleep in and to relax. The spa was way to over priced for what it was. The restaurant (hern) was really good but again way to over priced and the room we had he book (beach view) had a horrible view along with a tap that was barely attached in the bathroom. Our door wouldn’t always lock behind us and if it did you could pull on the handle a few times and it would open also the bed was as hard as a rock and uncomfortable if you sleep on your side. Breakfast was poor. Over all just poor finishing. If the rest of the hotel is to be finish to the same level as the spa and the hern restaurant (both beautiful) it will be a beautiful resort but a huge price tag to match. I would call this a hotel not a resort.
