Very easy to find , and we were able to book a lovely hotel that was very close , just a 3 minute walk for treatments

Great hotel, great location, amazing staff and restaurants. The only problem was some of the other guests staying there at the same time. Loud music, singing and noise all night and day in their room and by the pool. Many comments and complaints were made by other guests, but the hotel failed to be able to control them. This unfortunately took me from being completely satisfied with the hotel to pleasing.

Perfect location with the beach across the street from hotel. Love the rooms with pool access. WiFi is just ok. Room 7101 is the perfect location! The hotel is older and that’s ok with oversized rooms. I would stay here again.

Everything is good but only the swimming pool They have to do maintenance Cos the Jacuzzi Is not working have talk to the staff .. but seems They can’t do anything ... Overall The location / staff / room. I’m like it very much ... if I come nextvtime will stay in again 😄

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Right across from Patong Beach and a great pool. The only thing was they didn't have a happy hour at the bar!

The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. We got a pool view room which also directly faced the beach which was amazing to see. The only thing I didn’t like is that we couldn’t figure out how to use the spa jets in the pool.
