"Exceptional"

The check in process was quick and easy. The front desk was very friendly and gave us tips to make navigating the surrounding area easy. The concierge arranged for our tour and even helped us get a little discount with the price. All of them were from the Philippines and they were a lovely group of workers. The property itself is excellent, the swimming pool that wraps around is great, and the dining area is awesome. The room is spacious, and the smart tv gives you plenty of choices for shows to watch (netflix, hulu, etc.). It is walking distance to the main shopping and entertainment area, and right across from the beach. In short, this resort is A+!!

Hotel has beautiful pool, lobby and outside areas. Our room was not particularly very clean (dusty), bed was very soft and sunk in the middle. Hotel is also under renovation and the rooms will look beautiful when finished. There are two restaurants, food was delicious; the cafe was specially good. Staff was amazing, always smiling and wanting to help. Check in and out was a breeze.

When ever I go to Paton I always stay at Baan Laimai Beach Resort & Spa. I love the location, just across the street from Patong Beach. The staff are amazing and they all recognize me when I come for holiday. They are very welcoming, I feel like I'm part of the Baan Laimai family.

The room is fine but the staff at front office isn’t very friendly. The hotel is strategically located on Patong Beach and is walking distance to many places including the beach. Generally it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent location, Breakfast and pool were great but wifi was almost non-existent.beds were not the most comfortable, rooms were a good size but there were a few things that needed fixing e.g loose floorboards, lights etc, our "make-up our room" light did not work, we informed reception but our room was still missed almost everyday and we had to keep contacting the front desk to make up our room. Staff was friendly.
