Baan Laimai Beach Resort & Spa

Absolutely would highly recommend. Loved our stay at Baan Laimai. Room was spotless clean. Staff were all so friendly and went out of there way to make everything perfect. Pool and swim up bar were excellent. Food was great. Location perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

Wifi would hardly ever work which was frustrating and the shower water pressure was basically non existent. I could have had a better shower with a water bottle. The rest of the resort was fantastic, if the sort out the above issues then it would be a fantastic resort...

Resort is located right on the beach, walking distance to the party district, but peaceful and quiet. You can not hear any of the party sounds. Has all top of the range facilities, and I would highly recommend it.

We were looking at a couple different hotels along the beach of Patong, and we absolutely picked the right one. After walking up and down the main road that runs along the beach, it was clear that this hotel was one of the best. The hotel/resort was perfectly located, with direct access across the street to the beach. The pool was great, overall, the rooms were clean, large, and perfect for our stay. My only 2 “need to know things” were this...1. There was no iron and ironing board. You had to go the next building over to access a laundry room to iron shirts, pants, etc. 2. There is a band that plays every night in the courtyard and it was heard loudly in our room...however, they do stop playing at 11:30pm sharp...so if you want to sleep before then, I’d take ear plugs or something like that. Overall, we had a blast and I’d definitely recommend this place versus any other in Patong. It was a little pricey compared to some of the other options, but absolutely worth it.

Fantastic facilities and excellent services.The staff were all very pleasant and went out of their way to help. Great breakfasts! The location is terrific and just a short walk to everything, shopping, beach, restaurants, clubs and bars.

This hotel has fabulous swimming pools and and plenty of sun bathing chairs around the pool. Service was perfectly fine. The issue I found was the smell in my room--a sort of musty smell. The furnishings in the rooms are quite dated but are relatively clean for their age. It is located in the heart of Patong so everything is around you including the noise.

Property in a prime Patong location. Lacks ‘resort’ activities. Don’t be fooled, its a hotel not a resort.

Excellent and nearest hotel for the beach. We had misunderstanding problems with the reception who has a small cotton in his head and was solved by management of the hotel
