Twin Oaks Hotel

So close to M1 junction, so convenient. No traffic noise in our room. Room was compact, OK for one night stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our evening meal was excellent. Breakfast also. Good value for money.

One night stay for a wedding close by. Free late check out, Bed in suite 4 was fantastic! So comfy! Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was ok.

Some areas could be a little cleaner, such as the corridors to get to the rooms, but really nothing major.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Very welcoming and friendly There was a nice bar and the breakfast was superb. Great selection and the chef cooked us a poached egg on request. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely big bed. Ample parking.

The walls are paper thin and there was a lot of noise from other guests. The plumbing made a really loud noise when other guests turned on their shower. We told the receptionist and she immediately told the maintenance team. We were very impressed with how they dealt with the issue.

Horrible dinner for too much money and all the surfaces and anything you touched seemed sticky Really poor Then at just before 3am we got rudely awoken by a false fire alarm with no explanation from staff the next day

Location is superb,very close to M1 for onward journey. Very little motorway noise. Staff friendly and welcolming

Clean and quiet.

The area can be a little tricky to navigate even with sat nav...lots of tiny little roads.
