Soggiorno gradevole, albergo silenzioso e pulito.Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia dei particolari (tipo le bocchette dell'aria condizionata o dei punti meno accesibili)

Beautiful views. Very quiet, please note that it is at least a 7-10 minute drive to Urbino city centre itself, a car is essential.

Marco, en la recepción, nos dio toda la información sobre lo que había que visitar y cómo usar el transporte público. La alberca está muy limpia y tranquila en la mañana. El hotel cuenta con elevador, lo cual se agradece. El desayuno, bien, pero lo mejor fueron las cenas en el restaurante del hotel. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Fue donde mejor comimos en Italia. Una verdadera delicia!! Muchas gracias a Marco, al chef y a Fabricio!! Definitivamente volveremos.

Hotel a due minuti in auto dal centro, personale disponibile, prezzo molto vantaggioso, colazione abbondante.

Molto bene nonostante il tempo piovigginoso. L'hotel dotato di ampio parcheggio interno è vicino al centro e si può andare a piedi inoltre è servito molto bene dai mezzi pubblici.

Bon séjour dans un hôtel un peu vieillot mais sympa

I’ll start out by saying that Urbino, beautiful as it is, requires the traveller to have a bit of a talent for Italian (or google translate), and an ability to interpret public transport of staying outside the walls. Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, if you’re looking for a comfortable place to lay your heads (especially families), don’t mind being a little out of the town (of Urbino), and are on a budget, then Hotel Tortorina has three draw cards. The first is the views from the terrace. My family and I had a few (self catered) lovely breakfasts and an evening meal (also self catered) out there, and it was lovely. The second is the pool. Pack your swimming cap, as these are mandatory, but you’ll be rewarded with a wonderful respite from the summer heat, and (thanks to the swimming caps) non of those suspicious clumps of hair that are commonly found chasing swimmers around hotel pools. The third is the service. OK, the hotel has probably long said goodbye to its peak glory, but the staff were wonderful. After nearly a week there, I was unable the test the patience of the young lad on the breakfast coffee pump each morning (with my horrendous Italian and my unquenchable thirst for well-made coffee). But the star has to be Marco. Marco runs the desk, the books and the reception, and he is a true gentleman. His patience with my poor Italian and my fumbled use of google translate was remarkable. And I’ll never forget sharing a raucous laugh with him when the iPhone spat out some hilariously translations, such as ‘where can I buy a megaladon’ and ‘I enjoyed some lovely penis tonight’ (the latter a very bad interpretation of ‘penne’ - that second ‘n’ is apparently critical. Hotel Tortorina? Yep - give it a crack. It’s not to bad. Oh - and I eventually managed to utilise the bus stop across the street from the hotel to get effortlessly from the hotel to Urbino’s Palazza de Resistance and back. Say ciao to Marco for me!

Nice hotel for the price. The breakfast is lacking in variety, but the view on the porch is amazing.

Toglierei moquette e tende scure dalla camera. Il telo in plastica dalla doccia sostituendolo con vetro. Colazione ottima.

Colazione pressoché inesistente, scarsa. Il secondo giorno abbiamo preferito fare colazione in un bar. Personale quasi inesistente . Stanza piccola a mio giudizio non vale il prezzo pagato. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione totale
