Great service and beautiful place

Noise, lights weren’t working and got bit by so many bugs would never get the rooms that are exclusive again

The hotel is clean and very well located and the front desk staff was very nice and the room was ready much earlier than official check-in time. However, the room isn’t well isolated so I was woken up by the noise of motorcycles in the street and dogs barking.

Excellent location, beautiful view of lake and volcanoes. Staff was friendly and accommodating .

My only complaint would have to be my bed, it was a bit too firm for my preference. I felt like I was sleeping on planks, but my husband didn’t seem bothered by it.

If you're looking for a convenient location in Pana with beautiful lake views, a peaceful garden, and great service, this is it! We stayed for six nights during our honeymoon, and really enjoyed the homey feel, incredible views at breakfast, and napping in the hammocks. Pana can be loud and dusty, and for being so close to everything the Posada de Don Rodrigo is surprisingly quiet. The housekeeping and restaurant staff is stellar, and the people at the front desk are ready to help with any request.

Service was great, everyone very attentive, however I hoped for the sauna service to be working but I was told it was under maintenance-closed during my 5day stay. Beds were a bit uncomfortable too. Normally they include free breakfast for any overnight stays, but because I did it through Expedia it was not an option.
