Inverary Resort

Staff was super accomodating. We were able to check in early and with our small dog. Rented paddle boards from the friendly staff at the waterfront and had a blast paddling out to the island. Even saw a seal. Would recommed highly.

Great location.

We brought three young kids and were placed in a lower cottage directly beneath another unit. The ceiling was paper-thin. Every step and thud from above shook our space. On the first night, before 11 pm, we asked the night supervisor, “James,” to intervene. He refused, telling us that the guests upstairs had just arrived and “have rights.” We complained three separate times about the noise. No one did anything. Our kids couldn’t sleep, and the next day of our trip was ruined. When pressed, James admitted they should probably warn guests about the thin ceilings. The rest of the property was no better. The pool ceiling was peeling and falling. Walls were yellowing. Metal fixtures were rusting. The gym had a decaying mirror and what looked like an unused ice machine being stored there. Fogged windows were sealed with tape instead of being repaired. The breakfast buffet was empty more than an hour before closing on two mornings and was only restocked after we complained. The staff was dismissive. The property is falling apart. We will never return.

Great resort, lovely staff, it has its own beach area, and a place where you can rent boats and kayaks. Walking distance to downtown. We'll come back if we visit the area again.

With the lake front the resort was nice. But the room’s sound proof was bad. The guests upstairs danced to mid night and we could hear all their moves.

A large resort on the lake. We stayed one night. The room was showing its age. The wall trim was damaged and bathrooms showed water damage. Our family of 4 was given a room with two double beds which was cosy. Room had no microwave . The staff were friendly and helpful. Good food in the pub.

The property was amazing right on the water with lots of different buildings to stay in. The beach area was very nice and they offered free rentals of paddle boards or kayaks in the evening. The entertainment in the main building pub was a great way to end the night.

Rooms are old tho and carpet should be removed. And upgrade remo would not be bad also

The resort space is nice, but a tad dated. It’s walkable and allows for easy access to the town. Staff were quite friendly too.
