Inverary Resort

Beautiful property, a unique resort. Dinningroom was wonderful and food was cooked perfectly.

The property was beautiful and right on the water. We launched our kayaks at their waterfront, The rooms could use some updating. It was a tub shower instead of stand up shower.

The rooms are dated and there is stale smell , bad air circulation and noise AC.

The rooms were smelly and damp. Very old furniture

Just stayed at the Inverary Resort in a “new” room in the main lodge building. The room was very well decorated and thoroughly up to date. It had a modern bathroom with a walk in shower, big screen tv, and two comfy sitting chairs along with a very comfortable king size bed. The room itself is very large compared to your average hotel room. The check in process is very smooth and efficient, and James at the front desk provided us with excellent service. We initially booked a “ traditional” room which was located in ‘The Old Barn’ building and these rooms are very very rustic. I can’t imagine what an “original” tier room would look like given how dated the traditional tier room felt. Again shout out to James for finding us a different room when the property was so busy. The complimentary breakfast was just ok but it is nice to have the convenience of not having to leave the property for breakfast. Overall, the Inverary Resort is a nice place to stay if you are doing the Cabot Trail.

Dinner at the Lakeside restaurant was delicious.

1st-Our reservation wasn’t in their system. 2nd- we were put in a dirty handicapped room. The bathroom was dirty, dental floss and glob of hair on floor, rusted hand rails and lamps, weird hooks in ceilings , black spots in toilet bowl and TV wasn’t hooked up to cable.

Well kept property. Beautiful location overlooking lake. Live music at the main lodge.
