Cream of chicken soup was outstanding

Bed was comfortable

Housed in swimming pool block which stank of chlorine. Room was poorly equiped with tea/coffee. Asked after ist night for supplies which did not materilise. ate in restaurant on first night which was chaos due to coach party getting their booking wrong. Both of us had lobster rolls which were stale . Frozen reheated lobster and reheated chips. Very disappointing. Carpets in room and halls needed replacing and very tatty. whole place needed refitting.No lifts and no offer to help with bags.

Resort is very dated

Beautiful views and area but owner was not a friendly or people person at all. He did not allow us to have a later check out by an hour and stay until noon. We had arrived at 6pm the previous day. We were located on the second floor and there are no elevators and they did not offer help to carry our suitcases up the stairs and so I put my back out.

Clean, beautiful, lots of water activities and ebike rental, safe

My stay had a mix of pros and cons. The lobby and room had a noticeable musty smell and felt outdated and worn. Unfortunately, the room wasn't very quiet; I could hear everything from the room above, including running water and creaky floorboards, which made it difficult to relax. The check-in process also felt impersonal and lacked a welcoming feel. ​On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the in-room coffee was a nice touch. The pool was also a good size and an enjoyable feature.

When we arrived in our room you could see dust particles in the air! There was stuff on the carpet. I picked up three items and put on the dresser where you could write your name in the dust! Cobweb in the shower and water temperature was inconsistent. I asked for the room to be cleaned and when we came back I found the same item on the floor. I took a facecloth and ran it along the window sill and it was black! This was in the Glasgow section.

Location was beautiful, didnt have breakfast, supper was good, convention hall was nice

rooms were dated (no value for money) not very sound proof lots of walking (should offer golf cart shuttle) lack of parking near room

Property very nice. Food in Narrows very good. Bathroom needs renovating. People above a little noisy. TV old and limited channels specially sports. Comfy beds.
